超临界CO2输送管道的腐蚀研究进展
Development of Research in Corrosion on Supercritical CO2 Transportation Pipelines
【摘要】 碳捕集与封存(Carbon Capture and Storage,简称CCS)技术是极具潜力的一项减缓温室气体排放的前沿技术,已受到国际科技和产业界的密切关注,其中CO2运输管道的内腐蚀问题可能成为制约碳封存技术发展及应用的关键问题之一。强调了CCS技术对于碳减排的重要性,研究碳钢在超临界CO2运输环境中的腐蚀规律和机理以及CO2输送过程中的超临界CO2的性质显得十分重要。阐述了碳捕集与封存技术(CCS)中超临界CO2输送管道的腐蚀与油气系统的CO2腐蚀的本质区别,对输送过程中超临界CO2腐蚀的影响因素进行了分析,并且对腐蚀控制研究动态进行了回顾。
【Abstract】 The Carbon capture and storage which is a leading-edge technology of great potential for reduction of green gas emission,has received great attention of science & technology fields and industries.Whereas,the internal corrosion in CO2 transportation pipeline may become one of the critical issues restricting the development and application of carbon sequestration technology.The importance of carbon sequestration technology for carbon reduction emission is emphasized,and the corrosion laws and mechanisms in supercritical CO2 transportation environment are studied.The properties of supercritical CO2 in CO2 transportation are discussed.The essential difference between supercritical CO2 corrosion in the Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS) and general CO2 corrosion in oil and gas system is analyzed.The impact factors and corrosion control techniques of supercritical CO2 corrosion in transportation are reviewed.
