几种实验性2型糖尿病动物模型制备方法的比较

【摘要】 2型糖尿病是一种严重影响人类健康的内分泌代谢性疾病,其患病人数多,病程缓慢。动物模型在2型糖尿病研究中发挥了重要作用,其中实验性动物模型因其价格便宜,易于诱导和维持而被广泛应用。本文对几种常见的2型糖尿病动物模型的建立方法进行综述和评价。

【Abstract】 Due to its large number of sufferers and slow course of diseases,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is an endocrinopathy which has seriously influenced the health of people.It is known that animal models have contributed enormously to the study of T2DM.And among the type 2-like diabetic animal models,the experimental model has been more commonly used because of its advantages such as comparatively low cost,simplicity of induction and maintenance.In this review,we summarized and evaluated the induced methods for the experimental T2DM animal model.
