【摘要】 目的:探讨小青龙汤治疗慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治入院的哮喘患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合应用小青龙汤,治疗结束后对两组患者的临床疗效和肺功能进行分析。结果:临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.42%VS 80.95%,P<0.05);治疗结束后,两组患者肺功能FEV1占预计值%和PEF占预计值%均显著升高,肺功能明显好转(P<0.05),且治疗组肺功能改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤作为中医经典方剂治疗慢性支气管哮喘,可显著改善肺功能,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment of persistent astluma.Methods: From Jan.2009 to Jan.2011,84 cases of persistent astluma were divided into control group and treatment group.The patients of control group were given western medicine,and the patients of treatment group were given Xiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of control group.After treatment,the effect and lung function were analyzed.Results: The total effect of treatment group was higher than control group(95.42% VS 80.95%,P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1% and PEF% increased significantly and lung funciton had improvedin two groups(P<0.05).The lung function of treatment group was more remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong decoction is traditional Chinese medicine theory.It can improve lung function and efficacy treatment of persistent asthma.更多还原
