IL-18、hs-CRP、脂联素在代谢综合症和高血压病患者外周血清的变化及意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨代谢综合症和高血压病患者外周血清IL-18、脂联素及hs-CRP水平变化及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测尿微量蛋白、血胰岛素水平,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法法检测hs-CRP水平,采用ELISA法检测IL-18和脂联素水平。结果:与正常对照组比,高血压病组和MS组IL-18、hr-CRP、血糖、胰岛素水平明显升高(P<0.05),脂联素水平明显降低。IL-18水平与BMI、腰围、尿微量蛋白呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关(P<0.05),logistic分析表明,IL-18水平最显著影响因素是MB(IOR=1.230,P<0.05)。结论:IL-18在高血压病和MS患者表现不同程度的升高,并与MS诊断指标密切相关,可作为病情进展及疗效的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes of levels of serum interleukin-18,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and adiponectin in patients with hypertension or metabolism syndrome and its clinical significance.Methods: The levels of insulin and micro-albuminuria were tested by RIA.The level of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive was detected by immunoturbidi-metric Test.The levels of inter-leukin-18 and adiponectin were detected by ELISA.Results: The levels of the interleukin-18,hs-CRP,plasma glucose,insulin were sig-nificantly increased in hypertension and MS groups,and the level of adiponectin decreased markedly as compared to control group(P < 0.05).The level of IL-18 was positively correlated with BMI,waistline and micro-albuminuria(P < 0.05),but negatively correlated with HDL-c(P <0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that BMl was the most significant factor influencing IL-18(OR=1.230,P < 0.05).Conclusion: The level of IL-18 increases in hypertension and MS groups and it is closely related with the assessment indicators of MS.Thus,it may be considered as an indicator that reflects the disease variety and efficacy.
