【摘要】 生态环境保护是土地利用的重要约束条件。随着温江区城镇化、工业化进程的加快,土地利用方式和强度亦会发生相应的变化,土地生态环境的现状、演变趋势将关系到未来较长时期内温江区的环境质量状况。文章分析评价了温江区土地生态环境现状,阐明了土地开发利用变化趋势与土地生态环境演变趋势,提出了保护和改善土地生态环境的对策和措施。研究结果表明:温江区生态环境状况总体较好,但随着城镇和工业建设用地的增加,"三废"排放量呈增长趋势,城市生活垃圾特别是"白色污染"是温江区面临的重要环境问题之一。为继续保持良好的生态环境状况,必须合理布局各类功能区,严格控制建设用地规模,减少污染物排放量;加强环保基础设施建设,加大对各种污染源的综合整治力度;加强农村环境保护与生态环境建设,控制农业面源污染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eco-environmental protection is an important constraint condition for land utilization.With the process of urbanization and industrialization accelerate in Wenjiang district,land use patterns and intensity will change accordingly,the status and the evolution trend of land ecological environment will be related to the environmental quality of Wenjiang district for a longer period in future.This paper analyzed and evaluated the status of the land ecological environment of Wenjiang district,and illustrated change trends of land development and evolution trend of land ecological environment.Besides,this paper proposed the policies and measures for protection and improvement of land ecological environment.The results show that:Wenjiang District good ecological environment,but with the urban and industrial development to increase land,″three wastes″ increasing trend of emissions,municipal solid waste,especially the ″white pollution″ is the Wenjiang District has one of the important environmental issues.To continue to maintain a sound ecological environment,rational distribution of various functional areas must be,strictly control the scale of construction land,reduce emissions;strengthen environmental protection infrastructure,increase the comprehensive efforts of various pollution sources;strengthen environmental protection and ecological environment in rural areas,control of agricultural non-point source pollution.更多还原
