【Abstract】 Clean development mechanism provides financial assistance and technical support for the utilization of biomass energy.In this paper,the current situation of biomass energy utilization and CDM projects are introduced firstly,then the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat to utilize biomass energy in Heilongjiang Province under CDM are analyzed,and some measures are given to enhance the utilization efficiency of biomass energy.更多还原
