工业碳排放状况及减排途径分析

【摘要】 我国碳排放主要来源于工业生产,控制工业碳排放成为建设低碳经济的关键。首先依据化石能源的消耗量统计各工业行业及分类部门(采掘业、重工业、轻工业、深加工业、电力热力生产业)2008年的碳排放量、总体及各个部门碳排放量和碳强度1990~2008年发展趋势。然后通过灰色相关度研究碳排放量和产业增长之间的关系。研究发现碳排放量基本呈增长趋势,尤其是2002~2006年速度较快,碳强度由于技术进步和能效提高逐年下降,重工业和采掘业碳排放量同产值的相关关系强于其他。最后对建设低碳经济、转变经济发展方式提出针对性建议。

【Abstract】 Our carbon emission is mainly from industrial production process.Therefore,reducing industrial carbon emissions becomes the key to build low carbon society for resource-saving and protect the environment.In this paper,firstly statistics the carbon emission of every specific industry department in 2008 based on the fossil energy consumes,the trend of emission quantity and intensity between 1990-2008.Then through gray correlation index testing out the associated relationship between the industry output value and the carbon emissions,from the results,find the emission general show increasing trend,especially 2002-2006.Carbon intensity reduce by years for technology and energy efficiency improvement,finally find the key to proposed the building of low-carbon industries and achieve economic development model transformation targeted policy recommendations.
