【摘要】 目的:合成阿魏酸(FA)-7-羟基香豆素酯。方法:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、N,N-二环己基碳化二亚胺为缩合剂,使FA和7-羟基香豆素直接缩合。结果:合成标题化合物,结构经质谱、红外、核磁共振确证。结论:FA和7-羟基香豆素可一步合成,摒弃了保护FA的酚羟基、酰氯化、酯化、脱保护的繁冗步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To synthesize ferulic acid(FA)-7-hydroxyl coumarin ester.Methods:FA-7-hydroxyl coumarin ester was condensated in presence of p-toluenesulfonic as catalyst and N,N’-dicyclohexylcarbodie as condensation agent.Results: The title compound was synthetized,which the structure was proved by IR 、MS and 1H-NMR.Conclusion:FA-7-hydroxyl coumarin ester can be synthetized in one step without the protection of phenolic hydroxyl,preparation of acid chloride,esterification and deprotection.更多还原
