【摘要】 目的:分析男同性恋人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)-1感染者的精液质量特点。方法:对27例HIV-1男同性恋感染者的精液量,精子密度、活率、活力、畸形率及其膜功能进行检测与分析。结果:本组25.9%的精液量异常,18.5%精子密度异常,55.6%精子活率异常,92.6%精子活力异常。精子畸形率范围43.0%～94.0%,平均(70.4±13.7)%。精子低渗肿胀率28.8%～86.2%,10例异常。结论:男同性恋HIV-1感染者普遍精液质量显著低下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the feature of semen quality of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-1 infected homosexual patients.Methods: The semen volume,spermatozoa concentration,spermatozoa vitality,spermatozoa motility,spermatozoa abnormal morphology rate and spermatozoa hypo-osmotic swelling rate were detected routinally in 27 patients.Results:Among these 27 patients,the semen volume of 25.9% patients,the spermatozoa concentration of 18.5% patients,the spermatozoa vitality of 55.6% patients,the spermatozoa motility of 92.6% patients were abnormal.The abnormal morphological rate of spermatozoa ranged from 43.0% to 94.0% with average of(70.4±13.7)%.The hypo-osmotic swelling rate of spermatozoa ranged from 28.8% to 86.2%,and ten were abnormal.Conclusion:HIV-1 infected homosexual men commonly have significant lower semen quality.更多还原
