广西水蜈蚣总黄酮提取工艺的研究
Extracting process of total flavones from Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb of Guangxi
【摘要】 目的:提取广西水蜈蚣黄酮类化合物,找出最佳提取条件。方法:通过单因素及正交实验探索乙醇回流法提取广西水蜈蚣黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,采用紫外分光光度法检测提取物中总黄酮类化合物的含量。结果:影响实验因素的主次顺序是温度>时间>乙醇浓度>固液比,最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为70%、固液比为1:25、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为5h。
【Abstract】 Objective:The aim was to extracting process of total flavones from Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb of Guangxi.Method:Though the single factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the water centipede of total flavonoids in the best extracting process,and rating content of Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.Results:The effects of all factors on extract rate of total flavones from big to small in order was temperature>time>ethanol concn>solid-liquid ratio.The optimized extraction process was that:ethanolof 70%,temperature of 80 ℃,time of 5 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1:25.
