水解纤维素体系中离子液体和葡萄糖产物混合物的分离研究
Separation the mixed system of ionic liquid and glucose
【摘要】 离子液体应用于纤维素水解的一个较大障碍是水解产物与离子液体的分离,包括离子液体的回收利用等,采取过滤、萃取的常规方法不能将可溶性低聚糖和离子液体分离。采用阳离子交换树脂则有望分离其混合体系。采用葡萄糖和离子液体的混合物水溶液作为模型,探索分离的最佳条件:1-丁基-3-甲基氯代咪唑(BMIMCl)浓度0.3mol/L,流速13.3mL/min,洗脱液盐酸浓度4moL/L,流速6.67mL/min,用量为2BV。将该方法应用于微晶纤维素水解产物的分离,得到还原糖的分离效率在70%以上。
【Abstract】 Limit of the application of ionic liquid in cellulose hydrolysis is the separation between ionic liquid and hydrolysis products,since soluble oligosaccharides and the ionic liquid could not be separated with conventional filter as well as extraction.Yet,cation exchange resin is expected to separate this mixed system.In this paper,a model based on mixture solution with the glucose and ionic liquid is used for optimizing separation conditions.The results showed that the optimal parameters and values are the concentration of 1-butyl-3-methyl chloride imidazole(BMIMCl) 0.3 mol/L,flow velocity 13.3 mL/min,the concentration of hydrochloric acid eluent 4 mol/L,flow rate 6.67 mL/min,and dosage 2 BV.Additionally,satisfying separation efficiency beyond 70 percentages was obtained in the separation of hydrolysis products in microcrystalline cellulose.Thus,it can be proved that column chromatography is rather effective on hydrolysis products of microcrystalline cellulose,which provides a new thread to mixture parting.
