【摘要】 将垃圾收运系统中收运小车一天的收运计划问题,分为停车场设在转运站或别处两种情况,以小车行走总距离最小为目标,分别构建了混合整数规划模型.接着提出问题的求解思路:当停车场设在转运站时,可以将问题转化为VRP问题求解;若停车场设在别处,在求解上一问题的基础上设计了最近回路节点插入法将停车场插入离其最近的回路节点即可.最后以实例验证了模型和求解思路的可行性和有效性.

【Abstract】 Aiming to the vehicle collection and transportation plan problem in municipal waste collection and transportation system,with the objective of minimizing the total running distance mixed integer programming models were presented partly under the two conditions of parking lot was located transfer post or another place.Following put forward the way to solve the problems:transformed the problem into VRP problem to find the solution while parking lot was located transfer post;If parking lot was located elsewhere,designed the method of nearest circuit node insertion to solve the problem based on the former problem’s solution. Finally an example was given to demonstrate the solution’s feasibility and validity.
