【摘要】 目的探讨湿性医疗技术治疗烧伤感染创面的疗设。方法 2008年10月12日至2010年7月20日,对230例烧伤感染创面采用湿性医疗技术治疗。结果 207感染创面自行愈合,15例经换药治疗后行植皮治愈,另8例行皮瓣转移治愈。结论烧伤湿性医疗技术可加快烧伤感染创面坏死组织脱落,控制感染,促进肉芽组织生长和皮肤再上皮化更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of infected burn wound. Methods From Oct.12,2008 to Jul.20,2010,230 patients with infected burn wound received MEBT/MEBO. Results A total of 207 wounds healed,15 healed after skin transplantation,8 healed after skin flap transfer.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can accelerate falling off of necrotic tissue,control infection,promote granulation tissue growth and skin reepithlialization.更多还原
