【Abstract】 Supplier selection is an important content of supply chain management.It need take into account the various factors comprehensively.Due to the diversity and particularity of materials,the coal group supplier selection is more complexity.Based on the analysis of the selection strategy of the traditional coal enterprise suppliers,the article proposes establishing the conception of the multi-layer supplier selection strategy,and using the gray relational degree evaluation method based on the empowerment of the subjective and objective to select suppliers.It makes evaluation result to be more objective and accurate.更多还原
