【摘要】 目的探讨儿童病毒性脑炎的MRI表现及与早期诊断的关系。方法对90例经临床综合确诊为病毒性脑炎患者的早期MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果儿童病毒性脑炎病灶常为多发,常呈对称性。随病程的延长阳性率增高,T2WI及FLAIR序列呈略高或高信号,易发现病灶。结论急性病毒性脑炎的早期MRI表现具有一定特征性,结合临床容易作出准确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate child virus encephalitis early magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) features so as to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.MethodTo retrospectively analyze 90 cases clinical final diagnosis child virus encephalitis early MRI features.ResultsMost of the lesions of viral encephalitis were multiple and symmetrica1.The positive rate of lesions in brain MRI increases with the course of the disease prolongs.The lesion signals in T2WI and FLAIR sequence are high or light high.Conclusion MRI can provide important information for early diagnosis of child viral encephalitis.更多还原
