【摘要】 本文研究了融合蛋白PML-RARα二元流式微球阵列的分析性能,流式细胞仪检测结果显示:a,捕获抗体可以有效偶联到微球上;b,荧光抗体的最佳反应体积为0.5μL;c,加入NB4或HL60或K562细胞蛋白提取液,微球阵列能特异性检测NB4细胞中的PML-RARα融合蛋白;d,将NB4细胞提取液进行稀释,细胞浓度与荧光强度作图,流式检测获取标准曲线,计算出微球阵列灵敏度值为0.63%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Duplexed beads array for PML-RARα fusion protein was tested in this study.Flow cytometer results show that capture antibody can be efficiently coupled with beads;optimum reaction volume of the second antibody was 0.5 μL;PML-RARα fusion protein in NB4 HL60 and K562 cell line can be specially detected by the duplexed beads array and the value of its sensitivity was 0.63%.更多还原
