【Abstract】 Chitosan/nano-montmorillonite composite film was prepared and used for preservation of fresh loquat under room temperature.The results showed that the chitosan/nano-montmorillonite composite film agent can significantly delay the loss of water,inhibit the decrease of hardness,VC content,total sugar and total acid content.It can prolong the shelf life of loquat.更多还原
