【Abstract】 To study the effect factors of extracting shikimic acid from Illicium.To use single factor and many factor orthogonal experiments.The optimal condition: extracting temperature 70 ℃,granularity 40 sieves,extracting time 2.5 h and the ration of stuff and water 1∶15.Under the optimized condition,the highest extraction rate of shikimic acid 3.31 %.更多还原
