【摘要】 本研究通过对高校体育教练员的调查,从28个因子的总得分来分析教练员之间在创新心理品质、创新能力方面存在的差异。调查结果显示,对教师创新心理素质有显著性影响的变量有学历、性别、从事专项。目的在于力图引导广大教练员朝着良好的创新品质及能力发展,从而促进创新活动的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the investigation of physical coaches of universities and to the total scores from 28 factors,this paper analyzes the difference of innovative psychological quality and ability of different coaches.The study shows that teachers’ innovative psychological quality will be influenced by some variables,such as academic qualification,gender and major.In order to promote the development of innovation,this paper strives hard to encourage coaches to develop their innovative psychological quality and ability.更多还原
