香椿老叶中总黄酮与总皂苷的提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的研究香椿老叶中总黄酮与总皂苷的最优化提取工艺。方法采用单因子试验与正交试验设计,分别以芦丁和人参皂苷为对照品用分光光度法测定提取样品中的总黄酮与总皂苷含量。结果发现对提取效果影响最大的因素依次为溶剂用量、乙醇体积分数和提取温度。结论以体积分数为60%的乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,溶剂体积用量与物料质量用量之比为30:1(v/w),在60℃下提取60min,提取2次,提取效果最佳,在该条件下总黄酮提取率可达到6.63%,总皂苷提取率可达到2.36%。

【Abstract】 Purpose: to research extraction technology of total flavones and saponins from old leaves of Toona sinensis.Methods: Absorption photometry was applied to determine the content of flavone and saponin in extracting liquids of leaves of Toona sinensis through single factor experiments and orthographic experiments.Results: The factors having effect on extraction productivity were the usage of solvant,the ethanol content in solvant and extraction temperature.Conclusion: The optimized extraction condition was to use 60% ethanol 30 times to Toona sinensis leaves in mass at 60 ℃ for 1 hour.After extracted 2 times under the above conditions,the extraction productivity of the total flavones and saponins were up to 6.63% and 2.36%,respectively.
