超声波提取莲花粉多糖工艺

【摘要】 采用超声波提取莲花粉多糖,研究超声功率、超声时间、莲花粉处理量对莲花粉多糖提取的影响,利用Box-Behnken组合设计进行试验优化。结果表明超声波提取莲花粉多糖的最佳工艺参数为莲花粉处理量1.37g/25mL、超声时间5.60min、超声功率518.53W,多糖含量理论值为21.91mg/g,实测值为21.79mg/g。

【Abstract】 Factors that affect ultrasonic-assisted extraction of lotus pollen polysaccharides,such as ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time and material-to-water ratio were optimized by response surface methodology based on a three-variable,three-level Box-Behnken experimental design.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: material-to-liquid ratio 1.37 g of lotus pollen per 25 mL of water,extraction time 5.60 min,and ultrasonic power 518.53 W.Under these conditions,the actual value of polysaccharide yield was 21.79 mg/g,which was in basic agreement with the theoretical value of 21.91 mg/g.
