【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect factors of microwave-assisted extraction of essential oil from Amomum tsao-ko collected in Yuanyang.Methods:With single factor and orthogonal experiments.Results:The optimal condition:the ratio of water and stuff 15∶1(mL/g),microwave irradiation time 5min and microwave power 800W.Conclusion:Under the optimized condition,the highest extraction rate of essential oil was 2.82%.更多还原
