超临界二氧化碳精馏萃取橙油中的烯
Extraction technology of limonene from orange oil by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid
【摘要】 采用橙油作为实验材料,研究了超临界CO2流体精馏萃取苧烯的工艺技术。分析了萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间和温度梯度对苧烯萃取的影响,以苧烯萃取率为判定指标时,获得的最佳工艺组合为:萃取压力8.0MPa、萃取温度60℃、萃取时间80min、温度梯度为40-55-60-65℃,萃取率达到94.16%;以苧烯浓度为判定指标时,获得最佳的工艺组合为:萃取压力8.0MPa、萃取温度55℃、萃取时间80min、温度梯度40-55-60-65℃,苧烯浓度达到975.7μL/mL。
【Abstract】 Technological design for extracting limonene from orange oil was studied by supercritical CO2 fluid.The effect of extraction parameters such as extraction-pressure,extraction-time,extraction-temperature and temperature gradient on d-Limonene were evaluated.The most optimum extraction condition for d-Limonene yield from orange oil was determined as:extraction pressure of 8MPa,extraction temperature of 60℃,extraction time of 80min,temperature gradient of 40-55-60-65℃,the d-Limonene yield reached 94.16%.For the concentration of limonene:extraction pressure of 8MPa,extraction temperature of 55℃,extraction time of 80min,temperature gradient of 40-55-60-65℃,The concentration of limonene reached 975.7μL/mL.
