枸杞叶、无花果叶多糖的超声波提取和测定

【摘要】 采用超声波辅助水提取法对枸杞叶、无花果叶多糖进行提取。通过正交试验,最终确定多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度80℃、料液比1:50、提取时间50min。制得枸杞叶、无花果叶粗多糖的提取得率分别为15.30%、11.82%。并且采用苯酚-硫酸光度法对多糖进行测定枸杞叶多糖含量为10.23%,无花果叶多糖含量是8.53%。

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic method was used in polysaccharide extraction from Lycium barbarum leaves and Ficus carial leaves.The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide were extraction temperature of 80℃,the solid-liquid ratio 1:50,the extraction time 50 min,which were drawn through orthogonal experiments.The extraction rates of polysaccharide were 15.30%and 11.82%respectively.Using sulfuric acid and phenol method in the determination of crude polysaccharides,the polysaccharide content from the Lycium barbarum leaves was 10.23%and the polysaccharide content from the ficus carial leaves was 8.53%.
