【Abstract】 The complex sports beverage were produced with the composition of commonyam rhizome,grape and pear in this paper.Results indicated that:the sensory qulities were most optimum when the proportion of commonyam rhizome,grape and pear were 30:30:40.The most excellent added proportion were determined by orthogonal experiments.The stability of production were best when the added dosage of xanthan gum,carrageenan,carboxymethyl cellulose were 0.3%,0.2%,0.3%,respectively.更多还原
