【Abstract】 In recent years, by means of lawmaking, Japan is trying to improve its food monitoring and management policy, adjust food administrative agencies, clarify the duty of risk regulators, as well as to improve cooperation mechanism and food supervision system. Therefore, based on "Basic Food Safety Law" and "Food Hygiene Law", laws and regulations framework of food safety were established with other related food safety regulations and also hundreds of local regulations about food safety management.更多还原
