基于精英蚁群算法的挖掘机工作装置参数优化设计
The Optimization of Excavator’s Work Equipment Based on Elitism Ant Colony Algorithm
【摘要】 针对现有挖掘机工作装置机构参数优化设计方法存在求解效率低且难以得到令人满意的优化结果的问题,提出了精英蚁群算法并用于综合多工况的挖掘机工作装置机构参数优化设计,建立了相应的优化设计数学模型。通过构建精英蚂蚁种群及经验规则进行引导优化搜索过程,并结合单斗液压挖掘机设计实例进行优化。优化结果表明,该优化方法能够提高优化效率,可取得十分满意的优化结果。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the low efficiency and unsatisfactory result of the optimization method for excavator’s work equipment,elitism ant colony algorithm is developed and applied in optimum design of excavator’s work equipment in multiple working conditions.The optimization model is established,and the searching process of optimal solution is steered by the elitism ant population and expert rule.The results show that elitism ant colony algorithm can improve the efficiency and quality of the optimization and achieve satisfactory optimization result through the validity design instances of excavator’s work equipment.
