【Abstract】 "Tao" is a core idea and occupies an extremely vital position in Han Fei’s ruling ideology.Han Fei’s "Tao" is derived from Lao-Tzu’s "Tao".However,it is different from Lao-Tzu’s "Tao".Han Fei considers "Tao" as law or policy,which is based on the nature temporization way while Lao-Tzu’s "Tao" has many layers of meaning.In virtue of the law of development of the entire universe,Han Fei summarizes "Tao" as a kind of necessity existing in the world and leads "Tao" to human society.He not only sees law as "Tao" of governing the country,but also extends the art of leadership to the height of "Tao".Understanding the concept of Han Fei’s "Tao" has important significance and values in understanding Han Fei’s ideology.更多还原
