【摘要】 探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)和血管内皮生长因子165b(VEGF165b)在人肾癌组织中的表达及临床意义.利用免疫组织化学S-P法检测35例肾癌组织和25例正常肾组织中ILK和VEGF165b蛋白的表达,并与肾癌临床分期进行比较.35例肾癌组织中,ILK表达率为82.9%(29/35),VEGF165b表达率为17.1%(6/35);而25例正常肾组织中ILK表达率为28.0%(7/25),VEGF165b表达率为96.0%(24/25).肾癌中ILK的表达与VEGF165b的表达呈负相关(P<0.01);ILK与VEGF165b的表达均与肾癌的临床分期有关.ILK在肾癌组织中异常活性表达,VEGF165b在肾癌组织的表达明显降低,二者表达成负相关,与肾癌的发生、发展密切相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation of the expression and significance of integrin-linked kinase(ILK) and vascular en-dothelial growth factor 165b(VEGF165b) in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ILK and VEGF165b in 40 cases of RCC and 25 cases of renal tissue.The correlation between the expression in RCC and pathological stage was examined.In 35 cases of renal cell carcinoma,ILK expression rate was 82.9%(29/35) and VEGF165b expression rate was 17.1%(6/35);In 25 cases of normal kidney tissue,ILK expression was 28.0%(7/25) and VEGF165b expression was 96.0%(24/25).Expression of ILK was negatively correlated with expression of VEGF165b in renal cell car-cinoma(P <0.01);ILK and VEGF165b expression were associated with clinical stage in renal cell carci-noma.ILK was activated abnormally and VEGF165b was significantly lower in renal cell carcinoma.ILK protein was negatively correlated with VEGF165b protein and were closely related with the occurrence of re-nal cell carcinoma.更多还原
