【摘要】 胰岛β细胞分泌蛋白质组是指胰岛β细胞分泌出胞的所有蛋白质。其主要涉及β细胞分泌颗粒中相关蛋白质的鉴定和分析,藉此阐明胰岛素分泌机制并更好地防治糖尿病。本文主要介绍胰岛素分泌的两条途径,概括从胰岛β细胞分泌颗粒中新发现的重要蛋白质,从而提出胰岛分泌蛋白质组研究领域目前存在的急需解决的问题和自己的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pancreatic secretary proteomics refers to all the proteins secreted from pancreatic β-cells.Research concerning this topic mainly involves the determination and analysis of proteins related to secretary granules in β-cells for better understanding of insulin secreting mechanisms,which further contribute to the therapy of diabetes mellitus.This review aims at introducing the two known insulin secretary pathways,summarizing the newly discovered important proteins in β-cells secretary granules as well as putting forward some problems that need to be solved in pancreatic β-cells secretary proteomics.更多还原
