【摘要】 用体视学方法分别对20例正常乳腺组织及20例晚期乳腺癌组织的细胞的17个形态参数进行统测,并用秩和检验方法分析筛选出6个最佳参数,统计推断了6个最佳参数的癌早期参数值,给出了分布曲线。最后探讨了不同期癌细胞的功能和形态结构的变异程度与患者预后的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Statistical measurements of the seventeen morphological parameters were implemented for twenty cases of normal breast tissues and twenty cases of advanced breast cancer tissues respectively,with stereological method.Six best parameters were obtained with rank sum test.Moreover,the early stage values of carcinoma of the six best parameters were statistically inferred,and the analytical picture was plotted too.Finally,the relationship of the function and mutation degree of morphological structure of cancer cells at various times with prognosis of sufferers was studied.更多还原
