【摘要】 用体视学方法分别对20例中期和20例晚期女性乳腺浸润性硬性单纯癌的四种癌细胞细胞器的23个形态参数进行测定和分析,并用t值检验方法筛选出区别度最高的7个最佳参数及有显著差异的9个形态参数。研究发现最突出的是晚期癌与正常组比较线粒体的3种膜的比表面明显下降,而体积明显增大。同时,还提示了中期癌与晚期癌比较,游离核糖体在晚期比表面Sr2及面密度Svr2均明显增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stereological method was applied to measure and analyze 23 morphological parameters of four kinds of cancer cell’s organelles.The cases include 20 cases of female mid-invasive breast cancer and 20 cases of female advanced breast cancer.t test was used to obtain 7 best parameters and 9 morphological parameters of significant difference.The result showed that compared with normal cell,the three kinds mitochondrial membrane’s specific surface of the cancer cells were obviously decreased while volume increased significantly in the late stage breast carcinoma.Synchronously,compared with mid-term cancer and advanced cancer,free ribosome’s specific surface Sr2 and surface density Svr2 all obviously increased in the late stage in breast carcinoma.更多还原
