【摘要】 本实验建立了高效液相色谱法测定饲料中氯烯雌醚方法。采用甲醇:水=82:18作为流动相,C18色谱柱,检测波长为307nm。结果表明:在0.05～50μg/mL浓度范围,线性关系良好,r=0.9996。试样中氯烯雌醚的检出限为0.3 mg/kg。本法操作简便,测定结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determination of chlorotrianisene in feeds by high performance liquid chromatograpy(HPLC)was established.The stationary phase was C18 and the mobile phase was methanol:water=82∶18(V∶V),and the detection wavelength was 307 nm.The calibration curve for chlorotrianisene was linear in the range of 0.05 ~ 50 μg/mL(r=0.9996).The limit of quantification was 0.3 mg/kg.The method is simple,fast and accurate.更多还原
