生料固态发酵法降解棉酚的工艺研究
Study on gossypol detoxification by solid-state fermentation with uncooked techonology
【摘要】 以黑曲霉WL-85为发酵菌种,对应用生料发酵技术降解棉酚以及发酵工艺条件进行了研究,在单因素试验的基础上进行了正交试验,结果表明:生料发酵技术也可以有效降解棉酚,在温度27℃、发酵时间24 h、pH 5的条件下进行固态好氧发酵,脱毒率达到65.07%。
【Abstract】 With Aspergillus niger W-85 for fermentation strains,application of fermentation with uncooked technology on gossypol degradation and fermentation process conditions were studied,and the single factor experiment is conducted on the basis of the orthogonal experiment.Results showed that the fermentation with uncooked technology can effectively degrade gossypol.In temperature for 27 ℃,fermentation time 24 h,pH for 5 under aerobic condition of solid-state fermentation,detoxification rate reached 65.07 %.
