【Abstract】 A criterion was given to judge whether the melt reached balance flow during mold filling procedure.Optimum gate location was decided based on pressure gradient search method which is constructed by the physical properties of melt flow during mold filling.Therefore the melt can fill the mold cavity evenly.Calculation example showed that the pressure gradient search method was simple and effective.更多还原
