固相后缩聚SA型透明聚酰胺的热机械性能研究
Thermal Mechanical Properties of SA Type Transparent Polyamide Synthesized by Solid State Ploycondensation
【摘要】 采用固相后缩聚工艺制备了一系列熔体质量流动速率不同的SA型透明聚酰胺(SATPA),研究了固相缩聚后SATPA的动态热机械性能和静态热机械性能。研究结果表明,固相缩聚后SATPA在玻璃化转变温度下有β、γ两个次级转变;随着熔体质量流动速率的减小,其玻璃化转变温度升高,耐热性明显提高,刚性增大,耐寒性稍有下降;玻璃化转变温度随着压力的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 By solid state poly-condensation,four SA type transparent polyamide(SATPA)with different melt flow rates were developed.The dynamic mechanical properties and thermal mechanical properties of four semi-aromatic transparent polyamides were studied.Results showed,after solid polycondensation,SATPA had β,γ two relaxations.With the decreasing of the melt flow rate,the temperature of α,β and γ transition moved to higher temperature,which indicated that its thermal resistance improved and cold resistance declined.The glass transition temperature of SATPA reduced when pressure increased.
