天花板水电站拱坝混凝土配合比设计及应用

【摘要】 天花板水电站大坝为碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,拱坝碾压混凝土和大坝常态混凝土配合比是工程的关键技术问题。设计、科研和施工单位在不同设计阶段针对混凝土配合比设计的指标要求、参数确定和原材料选择进行了研究和试验,确定了最终的施工配合比调整方案。实际应用表明,调整的混凝土配合比技术先进、经济效益明显,并进一步降低了拱坝坝体施工过程中混凝土的温升。

【Abstract】 The dam of Tianhuaban Hydropower Station is a roller-compacted concrete double-curvature arch dam.The mix proportion selection for the RCC and normal concrete being used in the project is a key technical issue.The indicator requirements,parameter definitions and raw material selections for concrete mix proportion design are analyzed and tested by the design,research and construction departments during different design stages,and the final mix proportions are proposed.The actual practice shows that the final mix proportions are advanced in technology and significant in economy,and can further reduce the temperature rise of concrete.
