【Abstract】 There were differences in specific gravity and movement between larva and adult of pine wood nematode in carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt(CMC) 0.3% solution.And based on that a new method was developed to isolate a large amount of pine wood nematode larvae.And pine wood nematode larvae could be sterilized when treated in hydrogen peroxide 3% at 4 ℃ for 60 min.更多还原
