遇水自膨胀封隔器研制及在水平井中的应用
R&D of Water-swelling Packer and Field Application in Horizontal Well
【摘要】 边底水侵入、油井含水上升过快是制约水平井高产稳产的主要因素,有效的分段隔离是解决问题的关键,需研究可靠性高、成本低、可适应裸眼环境的遇水自膨胀管外封隔器,以及在水平井中控水堵水的工艺。介绍了国外公司对遇水自膨胀封隔器的研究与应用进展。通过膨胀机理试验研究和封隔器地面台架试验,开发出国产遇水自膨胀封隔器,并在油田成功进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,该封隔器各项指标达到设计要求,完全满足常规完井与控水工艺需求。
【Abstract】 The edge and bottom water break-through and high water cut are main factors contributing to the low production rate in horizontal well.The effective zonal isolation of horizontal well is the key to solving the high water cut in horizontal well.The research and development of water-swelling external casing packer were made with the advantages of high reliability,low operational cost and adaptation to irregular geometry of open hole.The water control and shut-off operational process of water-swelling packer is also needed to study and develop.The current research and application abroad of water-swelling packer was presented,especially focus on the development of domestic water-swelling packer through the swelling mechanism test and workbench test.The field test of new water-swelling packer is performed successfully.It is shown by tests that the packer can fully meet the field demand of completion and water control in horizontal well.
