【摘要】 目的观察健脾解毒方联合经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法将66例患者按平行对照研究方法,分为治疗组34例和对照组32例,两组患者在性别、年龄、病情方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组使用TACE术及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合口服中药健脾解毒方,并随症加减。两组均治疗3个月后观察患者临床症状、疗效、KPS积分、肝功能及甲胎蛋白(AFP)指标。结果两组中医症状、肝功能、AFP方面与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组在中医症状、KPS积分、γ-GT、AFP方面的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在证候疗效、ALB、AKP方面的改善与对照组比较,亦有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论健脾解毒方联合TACE术治疗肝癌,在改善症状、提高生活质量以及对肝功能、AFP等指标影响方面有显著优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on primary hepatic carcinoma treated with jianpi jiedu formula and TACE.Methods 66 cases were divided into a treatment group(34 cases)and a control group(32 cases)according to parallel controlled study method.There were no significant statistical differences in sex,age and diseased conditions between two groups(P>0.05).In control group,TACE and symptomatic treatment were applied.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,jianpi jiedu formula was prescribed and modified according to symptoms for oral administration.In either group,after 3 month treatment,the clinical symptoms,efficacy,KPS score,liver function and AFP were observed.Results As compared with those before treatment,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,liver function and AFP were all different significantly in statistics in either group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The efficacy on the symptoms of Chinese medicine,KPS score,γ-GT and AFP in treatment group were all superior to control group(P<0.01).The improvements in pattern efficacy,ALB and AKP were different significantly in statistics as compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi jiedu formula combined with TACE is advantageous significantly in the improvements in symptoms,life quality and indexes such as liver function and AFP in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma.更多还原
