无隔膜电解次氯酸钠发生器阴极材料的改进研究

【摘要】 通过不锈钢阴极电解次氯酸钠发生器和钛阴极电解次氯酸钠发生器的运行对比试验,分析了次氯酸钠溶液对两种阴极材料腐蚀程度的不同,系统研究了两种阴极材料对发生器有效氯浓度、交流电耗、盐耗、电流效率和运行成本等因素的影响差异性。结果表明:钛作为阴极的次氯酸钠发生器解决了不锈钢作为阴极的次氯酸钠发生器的电极腐蚀问题;不锈钢阴极次氯酸钠发生器运行成本则要低于钛阴极次氯酸钠发生器。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the contrast test between the sodium hypochlorite generator with stainless steel cathode and the sodium hypochlorite generator with titanium cathode,this paper analyses the corrosion degrees of different cathode materials caused by sodium hypochlorite solution,and systematically studies the different effects of different cathode materials on factors such as the concentration of available chlorine,alternating current consumption,salt consumption,current efficiency,operating cost of the generator,etc.The study result shows that the sodium hypochlorite generator with titanium cathode has solved the problem of electrode corrosion from that equipped with stainless steel cathode,while the operating cost of the sodium hypochlorite generator with stainless steel cathode is lower than that equipped with titanium cathode.
