水工弧形工作闸门结构动特性研究

【摘要】 通过1∶20的弹性相似模型应用试验模态分析方法和ANSYS有限元计算方法分别研究弧门的结构动特性。研究结果表明,采用ANSYS有限元计算弧门结构得到的频率和采用模型试验模态分析方法得到的数据结果符合性良好。弧门结构设计合理,弧门结构二、三阶模态频率已基本脱离水流激励的主频区域(0~3 Hz)。ANSYS在计算弧门结构的动特性方面是常规试验方法的一种有效辅助工具。

【Abstract】 Based on an elastic similarity model(1 ∶20),the structural dynamic performance of hydraulic radial working gate is studied by the method of experimental modal analysis and ANSYS finite element method respectively.The study result shows that the modal frequency obtained from the calculation made by the ANSYS finite element method on the structure of the gate is well-coincided with the data got from the experimental modal analysis,and then the design of the gate structure is reasonable,and furthermore,the second order and third order modal frequencies of the structure have been basically separated from the range of the main frequency(0~3 Hz) of the flow-induced vibration,It is demonstrated that the ANSYS finite element method is an effective assistant tool for the conventional experiment method to calculate the dynamic performance of the structure of the radial gate.
