【摘要】 目的:全面了解道地产区阳春砂水提液的止泻作用,为阳春砂品种鉴定和良种选育提供实验依据。方法:采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型,比较道地产区不同区域产的同一栽培品种阳春砂(长果)、道地产区不同栽培品种阳春砂(长果、圆果、春选)以及道地产区不同炮制方法制得的阳春砂的止泻药效;还进行了新选育品种春选水提液止泻的量-时-效关系实验。结果:在3 g.kg-1或4 g.kg-1剂量时,12个阳春砂水提液样品中11个有止泻作用;春选水提液量效与时效的实验结果提示其止泻的最佳剂量为4.8 g.kg-1,且在4 h时止泻效果最好。结论:道地产区阳春砂水提液有较好的止泻作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are two cultivars("Changguo","Yuanguo") and a newly breeding cultivar("Chunxuan") of Amomum villosum Lour.bred in geo-authentic production area Yangchun,Guangdong province.The aim of present study was to evaluate their antidiarrheal effect and provide pharmacological data needed for cultivar identification,selection and breeding.The antidiarrheal effect of aqueous extracts of A.villosum was studied by rhubarb-induced diarrhea model in mice,in respect of growing sub-areas,cultivars and preparation methods.Furthermore,the time-effect and dose-effect relationships of "Chunxuan" against diarrhea were observed.The results showed that 11 of 12 aqueous extracts of A.villosum tested were effective against diarrhea when the administration dose was 3 g/kg or 4 g/kg.The best effect was found 4 h after the mice were administered with a dose of 4.8 g/kg of "Chunxuan".It is concluded that aqueous extracts of A.villosum.bred in geo-authentic production area is with good antidiarrheal effect.更多还原
