【Abstract】 The failure reasons of W18CrV steel punching die were analyzed,the different process test was carried out according to the failure reasons.The original heat treatment process was improved.Production and application results show that effective co-ordination of strength and ductibility of punching die was obtained after quenching at low-temperature,the service life of punching die increases by 8 times.This has an important guiding significance for production practice.更多还原
