金字塔形栅格材料的静态压缩力学性能
Static Compressive Properties of Pyramidal Lattice Material
【摘要】 在金字塔形栅格材料压缩试验的基础上,研究了其单轴压缩应力-应变曲线、吸能能力和吸能效率。结果表明:金字塔形栅格材料单轴压缩应力-应变曲线呈现线弹性变形阶段、弹塑性阶段、软化阶段、致密化阶段四个阶段;与泡沫铝合金的压缩性能比较,其压缩强度更高,吸能能力更强。
【Abstract】 Based on the compressive test of pyramidal lattice material,the stress-strain curves,energy absorption capacity and energy absorption efficiency under uniaxial compression condition were investigated.The compressive stress-strain curve of pyramidal lattice material consists of four distinct regions: linear elasticity region,plastic collapse region,softening region and densification region.Compared with Al alloy foam,the compressive strength of pyramidal lattice material is relatively higher,the energy absorption capacity is stronger.
