新型活塞材料的研究
Research on New Piston Material
【摘要】 介绍了在现今内燃机活塞应用最为广泛的铝-硅合金(ZL101)中,以合适的工艺加入适量的增强材料(SiC)与润滑材料(MoS2),生产出的一种新型复合材料。该材料在保留铝合金低密度、高导热性的基础上,其强度、耐磨性得以明显提高。特别是在油膜被破坏时,该材料仍具有较好的自润滑性,也表现出良好的耐磨性。
【Abstract】 A new kind of composite,which was prepared through adding proper amount of reinforcement phase(SiC) and lubricating phase(MoS2) into the usual piston-material(ZL101) by suitable process,was introduced.This composite can retain the light density and good thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy,and meanwhile,obtain better strength and wear resistance.Under the condition of failure oil-film,the composite also has good self-lubrication property and wear resistance.
