合金元素对低碳微合金钢临界区奥氏体体积分数的影响
Influence of Alloy Elements on Volume Fraction of Austenite in Low Carbon Micro-alloyed Steel Quenching in Critical Area
【摘要】 采用Thermo-Calc软件研究了低碳微合金钢中C、Cr、Mo等元素含量对临界区奥氏体体积分数的影响规律,并通过临界区淬火热处理试验确定奥氏体体积分数。结果发现,合金元素的含量对临界区奥氏体体积分数有一定影响。增加C和Cr的含量能够提高临界区奥氏体体积分数,增加Mo含量将降低临界区奥氏体体积分数。
【Abstract】 The influences of alloy elements(C,Cr,Mo) on the volume fraction of critical austenite in low carbon micro-alloyed steel were studied by Thermo-Calc software.Then the volume fraction of critical austenite was measured by critical heat treatment.The results show that the content of alloy elements can affect the austenite volume fraction.The increase of C and Cr content can result in more critical austenite,while Mo reduces the fraction of critical austenite.
