【摘要】 对壳聚糖作为增稠剂、增深剂应用于丝织物活性染料数码喷墨印花工艺进行了探讨,讨论了壳聚糖脱乙酰度、壳聚糖质量浓度、浆料的pH值对真丝织物数码喷墨印花防渗化性能及印花性能的影响。结果表明,提高浆料中壳聚糖的质量分数或脱乙酰度具有较高的防渗化性,同时能提高织物表面色深值K/S,并且具有较好的色牢度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chitosan was used as thickener and deepening agent in reactive dye digital ink-jet printing on silk fabric.The printing technology which influenced the anti-bleeding and other printing performance was discussed,including the degree of deacetylation and concentration of chitosan,the pH value of paste.The results showed that improve the concentration of chitosan or degree of deacetylation would improve the anti-bleeding performance,K/S value and color fastness.更多还原
