【摘要】 目的观察三步推拿法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将90例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为两组;治疗组45例采用三步推拿法治疗,对照组45例采用电动牵引床骨盆平牵治疗,均治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后VAS评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为77.8%(P<0.05);治疗后两组(10次)VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三步推拿法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step massage therapy in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods Ninety subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 45 cases were treated by three-step massage therapy and control group in which 45 cases were treated by pelvic traction,with two courses.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 77.8% in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores were reduced in both groups(P<0.05),with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-step massage therapy is quite effective for discogenic low back pain.更多还原
