【摘要】 目的观察宣肺平喘、化痰祛瘀法对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法将60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,两组均给予舒弗美缓释片和沐舒坦片,治疗组加服宣肺平喘、化痰祛瘀中药。两组疗程均为30天。在治疗前及治疗后14天和1个月采用临床症状评分表及生活质量量表对患者临床症状及生活质量进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为83.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后14天与治疗前比较,生活质量量表中焦虑心理症状评分差异统计学有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后30天与治疗前比较,日常生活能力、抑郁心理状态及焦虑心理症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗30天后,治疗组日常生活能力、社会活动能力、焦虑心理状态与对照组同期差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以宣肺平喘、化痰祛瘀立法的中药复方可以改善COPD稳定期患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of method of freeing lung and relieving wheeze,eliminating phlegm and removing stasis on stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups;30 patients in treatment group were treated with integrative traditional and western medicine including slow-release theophylline and mucosolvan combined with Chinese medical formulae to free lung and relieve wheeze,to eliminate phlegm and remove stasis,while 30 subjects in control group received slow-release theophylline and mucosolvan only.The treatment course was 30 days.Clinical symptoms and quality of life were observed before treatment,and 14 days and one month after the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,and 83.33% in the control group;the clinical effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Fourteen days after treatment,psychological anxiety symptoms(F4) score of the quality of life scale in the treatment group were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);30 days after treatment,the scores of daily living skills,psychological depression symptoms and anxiety state in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).At the meantime,the scores of daily living skills,social activities and anxiety state in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound recipe prescribed according to the therapeutic principle of freeing lung and relieving wheeze,eliminating phlegm and removing stasis may improve the symptoms of patients with COPD at stable stage and elevate the quality of life.更多还原
